    • Contact customers to resolve past due balances. Use software to prioritize collections and maintain documentation. Independently negotiate acceptable workout plans.
    • Process new account applications, verify information and maintain customer records
    • Meet with customers and sales representatives to enhance relationships. Negotiate compromises concerning credit relationships.
    • Accept adjoc assignments and produce quality work products.
    Qualifications:
    • High School diploma with Associate Degree preferred
    • 5-8 years of related work experience in commercial credit and collections with a focus on risk analysis and portfolio management
    • Ability to speak Spanish/and or French is preferred

    What's the job?

      Pulling parts from inventory and bag for production orders. Identifying part numbers on outside of bags. Maintain communications between MRP, Sales and Production to expedite orders; Use of e-mail to convey information and requests to Warehouse Supervisor; Notate part shortages on bins; Stock parts into inventory arriving from PFC and other vendors; Assist in the cleanliness of the area; Pulling parts and deliver to production/shipping area; Assist in daily cycle counting physical inventory; Enter the locations for parts, if they move items; Use forklift/golf cart for moving and unloading materials; Stock Kanban for the production line; Assist other departments as necessary to ensure project flow and completion; Process credit returns.


    What’s Needed?

      Education: High School diploma/GED required; Minimum of 1-year relative of warehouse work experience; Computer skills in Windows-based programs; Ability to lift 50-75 pounds; Manual dexterity is required for handling small parts; Able to work overtime as required; Must be able to pass in-house forklift certification; Position requires constant physical movement in order to handle all functions of position; Must be at least 18 years of age; Must be eligible to work in the United States.
