    Job Duties:
    -Regular cleaning of the church and grounds
    -Sweep and mop floors as needed
    -Strip and wax floors
    -Vacuum rooms with carpet as needed
    -Dust/clean all windows ledges, furniture, and fixtures weekly
    -Clean Kitchen weekly and after events
    -Clean/stock bathrooms upstairs after every event (including Sunday service); check bathrooms downstairs daily, clean/stock 2-3 times a week.
    -Clean/sweep/vacuum chapel and make ready for Wednesday service.
    -Prepare for and clean after events
    -Be present, if requested, for off hour service
    -Take out all trash throughout the building
    -Pick up trash around the outside of building and on grounds
    -Lawn care; mow grass, trim weeds, sweep, blow back parking lot and stairway
    -Set up parish hall for Sunday coffee hour and make coffee prior to Sunday service

    Regular maintenance of building and grounds
    -Make all necessary maintenance repairs when needed or scheduled service with approval of rector
    -Check and replace as needed all light bulbs and emergency lighting
    -Schedule and follow up on health, fire, security inspections
    -Change front sign weekly and as needed with any special message
    -Change air filters
    -Clean gutters
    -Maintain heating and cooling systems
    -Check and adjust thermostats according to seasons and temperature
    -Maintain dehumidifiers in office and children's room
    -Handle recycling of all paper and cardboard from church and office
    -Assist with the blessings in a backpack program August through May
    -Maintain locks and key access log in working order
    -Maintain and file all equipment logs, manuals, and other important information

    Must have a clean background and able to pass a drug screen.
