    *Stack finished packages of item, or wrap protective materials around each item and pack the items in cartons or containers.

    Physical Requirements:
    *Stand up for extended periods of time.
    *Ability to bend, stretches, twists, or reaches, with your body, arms, and/or legs.

    Assembler 2nd shift needed in Petersburg, NY area

    Have experience with assembly, production, clean room or manufacturing? Looking for steady shift work with weekly pay? Manpower has immediate openings for assemblers on 2nd shift.

    What's in it for you?
    * Full time hours
    * Evening shift: 3pm-1130pm (2nd shift) M-F
    * Temp to hire opportunity based on performance

    What is the job?
    * Read pick lists, load schedules, and materials requirement sheets
    * Builds laminates to required specifications
    * Performs lay up operations.
    * Completes all necessary documentation via paperwork or computer
    * Knows and follows all Clean Room procedures.
    * Operates forklifts, plate cleaners, tow motors and other equipment
    * Feeds plates, loads and unloads presses
    * Inspects laminates for defects.
    * Performs operator maintenance on equipment.
    * Keeps work area clean and organized.

    What do you bring to the job?
    * Ability to follow safety and clean room policies and procedures
    * HS diploma or equivalent experience
    * Basic math skills
    * Good attention to detail
    * Ability to use hand tools required for operator maintenance
    * Ability to read a tape measure, operate calculator and micrometer
    * Ability to visually inspect materials and identify defects
    * Previous work in manufacturing, production, assembly, clean room or materials handling experience a plus

    Have experience in book binding or operating paper cutting equipment? Looking for steady day shift work with weekly pay? Manpower has immediate openings for a bindery equipment operator on 1st shift.

    What's in it for you?
    * Full time hours
    * Day shift: M-F 8am-430pm
    * Wages starting at $12 per hour
    * Long term temp could last until early October 2017

    What is the job?
    * Cut blank papers to sizes designated by supplied order
    * Cut paper to generate premium yields.
    * Operate bindery equipment including collator, paper scorer, jogger, rod and round hole paper punch, etc.
    * Perform finish work to imprinted items (trimming, scoring, etc.) according to job order
    * Assembles products according to bill of materials
    * Performs maintenance to bindery equipment
    * Generate inventory order/reorder list
    * Adheres to company quality standard.
    * Adheres to company policies and procedures

    What do you bring to the job?
    * Previous experience in book binding, operation of paper cutting equipment
    * Basic computer knowledge and good reading/writing skills
    * Strong attention to detail
    * Ability to adhere to company quality initiatives
    * Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures
    * High school degree or equivalent
