    No experience required but must have the drive to succeed and be able to perform job functions below
    * In this position you will be performing the below task:
    * Work in a very fast paced environment
    * Load/unload all luggage onto carts for transportation to/from airplane
    * Load/unload all luggage from airplane
    * Load/unload all luggage onto conveyer belts so customers can pick up their luggage
    * Assist all wheel chair customers to/from the airplane
    * Assist with cleaning out the overhead cabins on the airplane to make sure all luggage has been cleared out
    * Operate airport equipment (training will be provided) tugs, tractors and forklift
    * Maintain clean work area to ensure safety for all
    * Work outdoors with exposures to the weather and high noise levels
    * Perform cleaning duties to ensure the airplane is ready for the next set of passengers
    * Help direct the airplane into right lane for take off

    * Must demonstrate safe work habits at all times
    * Ability to work at a constant and quick pace for up to two consecutive hours

    Purchasing Manager - 1 year contract (potential for permanent) with a leading global manufacturer and distributor of specialized products supplying to big box retail, OEM, Consumer Packaged Goods etc.

    Summary:
    Reporting to the Director of Purchasing and Inventory Control, this role is responsible for organizing, directing and controlling procurement of all goods and services throughout our Ontario operations for the length of the contract. As a leader in the purchasing organization, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring personnel, executing hardware operations purchasing strategies as well as continuous improvement initiatives.
    Essential Functions:
    * Facilitate the development and growth of purchasing department personnel, coordination of training and continuous improvement efforts to enhance process and personnel performance
    * Direct and oversee purchasing related activities and functions ensuring compliance with ISO standards
    * Establish and maintain appropriate vendor relations, lead and assist in negotiations with suppliers

    Qualifications:
    * 5-10 years senior management purchasing experience in a multi-facility environment, preferably in the hardware industry.
    * An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
    * Experience setting terms with suppliers as well as drafting and reviewing contracts
    * Professional purchasing designation, Bachelor's Degree preferred
    * C.P.P., C.P.M., APICS certification or equivalent
    * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

    Builder Associates are responsible for installation of fiberglass batt insulation as well as proper vent chutes and baffles. Carpentry experience preferred; the employee is responsible for a multitude of handyman type jobs from preparing attics for insulation to painting. This position requires a valid class A drivers license. The employee must be willing to climb 8 foot + ladders and work in small spaces. The employee is expected to perform the highest level of customer service, while in customer homes. The ability to clean-up and keep a tidy work space is essential.
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    1.Installation of proper vent chutes and baffles.
    2.Insulate around windows and doors.
    3.Install fiberglass batt insulation in the call cavities.
    4.Install poly on walls and ceilings.
    5.Fill blower with insulation.
    6.Clean and sweep work space, floors and other housekeeping maintenance as required.

    NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
    1.Ability to communicate professionally with customers and fellow employees.
    2.Able to use an 8 ft. ladder and greater. Comfortable in small spaces, i.e. attics.
    3. Ability to work independently to complete various tasks and adapt quickly to change.
    4. Lifting: Regularly - 35 + lbs. Team lift - 50 lbs or greater.
    5. Must possess the ability to communicate, organize and prioritize work well.
    7. Enter buildings/homes attics to blow insulation.
    8. Valid Class A Drivers License required.
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    1.High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
    2.One year forklift experience is a plus.
    3.Two years carpentry and/or building experience is preferred.
    4.Prior experience with driving 20' trucks, flatbed and dump trailers is a plus.
