    Our client is Aylmer is looking for immediate assistance in the assembly and dis-assembly of product and equipment in their new work space. This will be Monday to Friday days for approximately 6 weeks.

    Bringing your hard working and positive attitude you will:
    -assist in the set up on product in the client's new space
    -complete task as required quickly and efficiently
    -work is small spaces and on knees at times
    -be comfortable taking measurements and have good math skills

    The finer details:
    -own transportation required to location in Aylmer
    -must be available full time days Monday to Friday 8-5
    -$15/hr+ 4% vac pay paid weekly for 4-6 weeks (until project completed)
    -be available to start quickly

    * Must be able to travel overnight extensively

    * Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

    In this role you will:
    * Understand and adhere to all safety management system, policies, procedures and values
    * Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements
    * Select the amount and type of insulation to be installed as well as method of securing the insulation according to materials, conditions, and other variables
    * Measure and cut insulating material and coverings to the required shape and dimension
    * Fit insulation around obstructions or shape insulation materials and protective coverings
    * Install vapor barriers and finish insulated surfaces by applying metal cladding, canvas, plastic, sheeting or cement
    * Remove or seal off old insulation
    * Other tasks as assigned

    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    * Inter-provincial (Red Seal) Journeyman Insulator Ticket is an asset
    * Apprentices must be indentured and current
    * Valid driver's license with clear drivers abstract
    * Have own transportation to get to site
    * Valid H2S alive, CSTS, and First Aid required
    * Previous experience in heavy oil operating environment
    * Experience in maintenance processes would be a definite asset
    * Able to clear a pre-screen Drug & Alcohol test

    Project Manager

    The role of the Project Manager is to ensure the success of all projects under their direct control. This position manages the day to day operational and tactical aspects of a variety of projects.

    In this role you will:
    * Follow company health and safety standards and programs and report any unsafe acts or conditions

    * Ensure all front end documents are accurate (contracts, SOV's, permits, drawings, logs, billings, etc)

    * Develop, promote and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, general contractors, architects, etc
    * Other duties as required

    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    * Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    * Project Management certification (PMP) is strongly recommended
    * Minimum of five years' experience in an expanding and demonstrable Project Management role required, preferably in the construction industry
    * Extensive SME in the electrical trade required
    * Previous experience managing medium to large commercial projects
    * Experience determining construction labour productivity factors, wage rates, indirect field costs and project adjustment factors
    * Industrial experience may be an asset
    * Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
    * Proven organizational and management skills, able to prioritize and contribute to work environment improvements
    * Strong strategic and analytical skills, able to carry through on implementation of strategies
    * Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and practices within the business unit
    * Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
