    - Setting up new users with: PCs, phones, network identities
    - Promptly removing departed users from company resources and network access
    - Educating users on appropriate usage, especially relating to network security
    - Troubleshooting/fixing user issues, complaints, or feature requests

    As directed, Help Desk Technicians support the IST organization in maintaining a healthy and well-functioning infrastructure, including but not limited to:
    - Physical IT assets: Servers, routers, and switches; printer network; HP SAN; VMWare cluster; VM hosts, virtual machines and datastores; Barracuda backup solution
    - Information Systems: MS Active Directory; Exchange, including patches and users; Citrix cluster; phone system, including queue, greeting, menu, and performance
    - Network across two offices and VPN: Internal environment, dedicated Internet, wireless access
    - Documentation of all network infrastructure, policies, practices and procedures

    Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential. Strong organizational, planning, and motivational skills are desired. Ability to quickly set up and use audiovisual equipment is a plus, though not required. Knowledge of, experience with educational, presentation software is necessary. Experience with
