    Team is seeking a senior-level IT technician to provide site support. The position reports to the Site IT Coordinator. This position is responsible for working directly with site users to provide PC services (deployment, repair, upgrade), end user software services (Window, iOS, Mac), SmartHands services (network equipment, server room equipment, rack and stack) and facility services (mobile phones, iPads, UPS, A/V).

    Project Overview
    Reporting to the Team Leader, Gaming Applications, the role of the Senior - Build & Release Engineer is to support end users within the organization, ensuring that all assigned applications and environments are appropriately maintained and enhanced to support business objectives and meet end-user needs. The Technical Analyst uses their in-depth knowledge of systems, networks and business process to assist in the design, delivery and improvement of software applications and environments.

    The Release Engineer will provide support for applications and environments for the Casino Modernization Project; IT coordination, building environments, installation, deployment of patches and builds to servers and clients, administration, configuration and support of multiple environments, application support and testing, and user administration.

    The role will also be responsible for supporting the application for testing, testing internal processes, test administration, user acceptance testing and support of the training team.

    In addition, the resource will be required to work with the vendor and internal IT departments including; Networking, Server, Client Support and Database teams to identify technical requirements to design and deliver multiple environments for Production, Test, Training and Disaster Recovery.

    Requirement:
    * Must be available to interview in person in St. Albert.
    * 7 yrs. experience in design, development, maintenance and support of enterprise applications.
    * 5 yrs. experience in quality assurance and testing
    * 5 yrs. experience on build, installation, deployment/patch, configuration, testing and end-user support
    * 5 yrs. experience in defects tracking and logging
    * 5 yrs. experience with JIRA and other ITSM tools
    * 5 yrs. experience developing system & technical documentation - IT process, systems guides and deployment documentation.
    * 2 yrs. experience on Windows Server 2012

    Description:
    Teaching and Learning with Technology is seeking an Instructional Production Specialist to work as part of an instructional support team during the ANGEL to Canvas transition. The successful candidate will provide administrative and specialized support to faculty and staff as well as assist in the redesign of residential, hybrid and online courses. Successful candidate must have excellent time management skills, work effectively in a collaborative team-based environment, have knowledge of emerging technologies and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience using Learning Management Systems (e.g. ANGEL, Canvas), content management systems (e.g. Drupal, Plone) and collaborative tools (e.g. Google Drive) is preferred.
