    * Assisting with Health Claims for Auto Insurance payments to non-premiere healthcare clinics
    * Validating invoices and determine the appropriate coverage and payment coding to enter payment into systems
    * Assisting with Independent Examination assigning, letters, responses, and processing payments
    * Providing recommendations for continuous improvement in service delivery and training

    As a Claims Assistant you must have:
    * Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel (Use formulas, functions)
    * Intermediate Microsoft Access and database experience
    * Excellent time management and organization skills
    * Ability to multitask, and achieve team and individual targets
    * Ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    * Phone queue experience, dealing with customers
    * Solid understanding of Insurance Claims
    * Actively enrolled; working towards a CIP designation (preferred)
