A Paralegal Certificate is strongly preferred but will consider equivalent experience. If selected you will be managing cases in litigation until resolution is reached through settlement, mediation, arbitration or trial.

    For success in this role, you will need to be highly organized and have the ability to pay close attention to detail to manage files for assigned lawyer, monitor and meet all deadlines and maintain their calendar. Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery and demands as well as answering discovery and interrogatories for review by attorney.

    Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook essential to perform in this role. The Paralegal should also have experience with and the willingness to become proficient in Needles, Adobe, and Westlaw. Excellent communicative skills needed as you will be speaking with clients, attorneys, adjusters and expert witnesses by phone or in person.
