    There are two opportunities available; ideally we are looking for a G1 Level Gasfitter who is fully licensed. Our client is also interested in a G2 Level Gasfitter who wants to take themselves to the next level of their career goals and aspirations.     Experience is key, for a Gas Fitter G1, you must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience. The client is willing to be more flexible with the Gas Fitter G2 as long as you can prove your certification and willingness to pursue advancement. You are able to travel, this is imperative and part of the job. You require a valid driver's license and Canadian passport. There is an expense package to be discussed at a later date.



    Core Responsibilities:

    - Building & installing gas piping/tubing

    - Working on valves and control systems for propane-fueled Fire Training Systems and Breathing Gas Systems

    - Testing, installing and manufacturing equipment

    - Performing all work in accordance to designs provided by the Engineers

    - Must have strong knowledge of applicable standards, laws and regulations related to the scope of work including but not limited to CSA, B149, NFPA 86 and TSSA Regulations {In Ontario}

    - Mechanically inclined and a quick thinker

    Travail avec un superviseur immédiat de la société sur le site du client (raffinerie). Le spécialiste d'applications est appelé à travailler sur les unités de raffinage du pétrole (20% du temps), dans le laboratoire de la raffinerie (50% du temps) et dans un bureau avec un ordinateur.

    Description des tâches :
    Notre client fourni à la raffinerie des produits chimiques à valeur ajoutée. Ces produits sont injectés dans le procédé de raffinage afin d'assurer la performance et l'intégrité des équipements. L'objectif principal du personnel sur le site est de veiller à ce que nos produits remplissent leur rôle. Le/La technicien/nne est appelé(e) à :

    Suivre la formation obligatoire de sécurité, porter l'équipement de protection individuelle fourni et s'engager à travailler de façon sécuritaire.

    Prendre des échantillons (pétrole brut, eau acides) et des relevés sur la raffinerie.

    Suivre l'inventaire et le dosage des produits chimiques.

    Analyser les échantillons recueillis au laboratoire de la raffinerie. Les techniques de laboratoire utilisées sont, entre-autres des extractions, des titrations manuelles et des mesures par colorimétrie.

    Communiquer oralement les observations et les résultats.

    Ajuster les dosages des produits en fonction des mesures et des résultats.

    Entrer des données dans des rapports Microsoft Excel et commenter les résultats à l'écrit.

    Participer à mettre en place des outils de suivi à l'aide de Microsoft Excel.

    Participer à la résolution de problèmes techniques et la mise en place des mesures de correction.

    Exigences du poste :

    Vous avez une expérience pertinente en lien avec l'emploi.
    Vous êtes bilingue en anglais et français.

    Formation : Expérience de travail en laboratoire OU DEC en Techniques de laboratoire OU
    AEC/DEC en Techniques de procédés chimiques OU Diplôme universitaire pertinent

    Vous maîtrisez la suite Microsoft Excel et Word
    Vous Aimez travailler à l'extérieur
    Vous êtes en mesure de transporter une charge <15 kg

    SUMMARY: Technician assembles product.
    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Line Technician position performs all tasks on the Composite line under the supervision of the Team Leader:
    *Mixes epoxy resin in accordance with procedures.
    *Maintains epoxy resin levels in baths accordance with procedures, while the pipe is running.
    *Assembles fiberglass packs in preparation for loading winder machines.
    *Sets up line: loads / un-loads fiberglass packs, and resin baths.
    *Prepares winders at beginning of each run by stringing fiberglass tows.
    *Fixes broken yarns and monitors pipe quality.
    *Removes oven film and shrink tape from pipe at end of oven.
    *Performs visual and manual measurement inspections and records results. Alerts Team Leader to defects that are outside acceptable limits.
    *Prepares ovens at beginning of each run in accordance with guidelines.
    *Clean line equipment with acetone.
    *Performs other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Shift Supervisor.

    Job Description:
    Under minimal supervision, performs welding applications within one or more work teams. Performs visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications. Helps facilitate the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving welding problems that enhance through-put within the work team. Responsible for supporting the team and team's objectives. Responsible for training team members. Required to pass periodic welding tests and qualifications in compliance with qualification procedures.

    Pay: $16.00 - 19.00/hr depending on experience.

    Shift: 1st shift (5:00AM - 4:45PM) Some overtime and weekend work necessary.
