    In this senior financial management role, you'll be challenged to oversee all aspects of financial management, analysis, reporting and forecasting. From capital expenditures and risk analysis to costing and budgeting, you'll be 100% accountable for the financial health, growth, and success of this rapidly expanding manufacturer. You'll work hand-in-hand with executive management, to provide comprehensive financial monitoring and management in an accurate and timely manner.
    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
    * Treasury Management (i.e. U.S. currency management).
    * Financial review of divisional performance.
    * Set long-term forecasts timing objectives and review forecasts.
    * Set budget timing objectives and direction.
    * Administer capital planning and manage process.
    * Oversee corporate insurance risk management.
    * Oversee scientific research and experimental development tax credit process;
    * Develop/implement consolidated financial systems for all divisions and affiliates of the corporation.
    * Prepare a Competition Analysis.
    * Evaluate R.O.I./R.O.S. models.
    * Identify cost reduction targets.
    * Establish internal audit governance standards.
    * Evaluate new information systems.
    * Complete quote reviews.
    * Complete staff performance evaluations and development.
    * Meet budgetary spending targets for the departmental cost centre.
    * Ensure administration of all company policies including wage and benefit packages.
    * Utilize the expertise of other departments.
    * Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives.
    * Provide support in the attainment of company's operating system goals as outlined be the key graphs.
    CORE QUALIFICATIONS:
    * A post-secondary degree in an accounting or business-related discipline.
    * Completion of a CPA (CMA, CA) or similar designation.
    * 5+ years in an accounting/finance or commercial management position.
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    * Demonstrated experience with business planning
    * Manufacturing accounting, ideally in automotive or OEM
    * Sound knowledge of ERP system capability on financial and operational side
    * Advanced proficiency with MS Office products
    * Task-oriented, ability to manage multiple responsibilities, shifting priorities and timelines

    Notre client, une des principale banque au pays recherche du personnel pour son centre d'opérations de production administrative.
    La tâche principale est de faire la validation de certaines transactions bancaires : soit de guichets automatiques, soit de dépôts commerciaux.
    La personne doit s'assurer que les informations se trouvant à l'intérieur des sacs ou des enveloppes sont conformes à la transaction. Le travail se fait à l'aide d'un clavier numérique et d'un compteur à argent. Vous aurez pour tâches de saisir différentes informations numériques dans le système maison de la banque ainsi que d'assurer la balance des transactions à tout moment durant le traitement.

    Il s'agit d'un travail de production, il y a des quotas préétablis que vous devez être en mesure de respecter. Par exemple, on peut vous demander de traiter 400 effets à l'heure. La précision et la rapidité sont primordiales dans ce type d'emploi.

    Un poste de responsable de crédit en dehors des heures de trafic vous intéresse?

    Manpower est à la recherche d'un agent au traitement administratif du crédit pour son client, une des principale Banque au Pays.

    En quoi consiste le traitement administratif du crédit?
    La personne aura pour tâches de supporter une équipe d'agent de prêt dans l'ouest Canada.
    Il faudra préparer la documentation à remplir, l'expédier au prêteur, assurer la réception et la saisie des retours de documents ainsi que faire les mises à jour dans les divers systèmes informatiques de la banque pour le suivi de chaque dossiers de crédit.
    Il faudra également vérifier les dossiers complétés à l'aide des procédures d'assurance qualité du département.

    Cette équipe travaille sur des horaires du lundi au vendredi entre midi et 20h00 car ils offrent un support pour l'ouest du Canada. Pour cette même raison, la maitrise de l'anglais est obligatoire puisque plus de 95% de la tâche provient des provinces anglophones.

    Job overview:

    The Processing Clerk verifies/ processes and track incoming work, which can be completed on a variety of structure and tackles.
    o Receive and open the pouches/sleeves
    o Remove contents of sleeves, separate and examine the documents as per guidelines
    o Preparing files for scanning, remove all staples, paper clips and bulldog clips from files/documents
    o Validate and check documents for any irregularities

Candidates must be able to work full-time hours, and must be flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.

    In this role you will:
    * Create a positive customer experience by welcoming customers to the pavilion, being visible and accessible to customers at all times
    * Proactively engage in discussions with new and existing customers to prospect new business and promote the sale of products and services
    * Uncover customer financial needs, link customer needs to credit and investment solutions that meet customer goals
    * Recommend financial solutions using the appropriate tools (e.g. Financial Health Check), promote and describe product features and benefits
    * Complete sales and service activities in adherence with established policies and procedures, submit and record sales using appropriate systems and processes
    * Proactively call customers to acquire new business and/or further deepen relationship of existing customers by identifying other sales opportunities and/or referrals.
    * Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, resolve and escalate customer concerns to appropriate area to address the concerns

    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    * Developed computer literacy and knowledge of PC software and mainframe applications (e.g. Windows, Compass, FHC etc.) to access and record customer information, to complete sales and servicing activities and to access performance related information for the pavilion
    * Developed interactive/ presentation skills sufficient to convey both factual and conceptual information requiring detailed explanation and interpretations to staff and customers
    * Customer Service experience in a demanding environment; excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    * Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
