    Notre client, œuvrant dans le domaine bancaire, est à la recherche d'un adjoint aux opérations pour intégrer son équipe de Montréal (H2P 1B6).

    Principalement, l'adjoint aux opérations est chargé de fournir un soutien administratif à l'équipe du service des réclamations; contribuant ainsi à l'efficacité des opérations. L'assistant aux opérations est responsable du traitement des paiements tout en conservant et en vérifiant les informations dans les fichiers, comme demandé. De plus, l'assistant aux opérations recueille, enregistre et distribue diverses données de réclamations opérationnelles, financières et statistiques qui sont partagées entre divers secteurs d'activité.

    Tâches :
    *Fournit de l'aide pour la création et le maintien de la déclaration de l'information requise pour effectuer des analyses à l'appui de l'équipe de direction des Services aux sinistres.
    *Traite les transactions financières, y compris l'ajustement et les paiements de fichiers divers
    *Traite les fonds récupérés par l'opération de réclamations et prépare les dépôts quotidiens pour la banque
    *Gère les journaux de contrôle pour toutes les vérifications de reprise et de retour et assure la conformité avec les accords de niveau de service
    *Gère la distribution et la collecte des vérifications sur le terrain tout en respectant les exigences financières strictes
    *Gère les ajustements financiers, y compris les chèques périmés, les chèques sans provision et les corrections financières
    *Créer des lettres pour les ajusteurs

    En quoi consiste le traitement administratif du crédit?

    Cette équipe travaillera sur un projet de 2 ou 3 mois sur des horaires du lundi au vendredi entre 10h00 et 18h00 car ils offrent un support pour l'ouest du Canada. Pour cette même raison, la maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire puisque plus de 95% de la tâche provient des provinces anglophones.

    Vous aurez l'opportunité d'intégrer une équipe très soudée et diversifiée de 13 personnes afin d'acquérir de l'expérience bancaire.

    En quoi consiste le travail de l'agent du centre de contact client?

    What You'll Be Doing

    The role of the Fraud Response Officer is to provide customer-focused solutions in a prompt, efficient manner, as it pertains to:

    Authorization Referrals
    * Responding to incoming inquiries worldwide, from both merchants and customers, regarding referred, declined and/or unusual authorization requests.
    * Utilizing sophisticated neural network fraud detection software, review all authorizations for potential fraudulent occurrences.
    * Determining the legitimacy of cardholder and/or authorization request to accurately approve or decline credit card activity while minimizing fraud losses and customer impacts.

    Fraud Monitoring
    * Performing outbound calls to review transactions that become flagged for follow up through our fraud detection software system.
    * Multitasking through a customer's account for memo's or fraud related flags, in order to optimally service the customer.
    * Identifying possible fraud trends as well as, assisting in the implementation of fraud detection rules criteria to minimize customer impacts and increase confirmed fraud contact rate.

    Fraud Reporting
    * Creating detailed fraud reports by clearly outlining all disputed transactions, including brief notes to assist the Fraud Claims Specialists with the investigation to reduce unnecessary customer follow-ups and minimize delays.
    * Listening and questioning for the unique particulars, which include but are not limited to, verifying recent customer activity, identify how loss/theft occurred, and obtaining security details.
    * Educating the customer on card replacement updates including Personal Identification Number (PIN) issuance, Convenience Cheque replacement, Pre-Authorized payments and PC/Telephone Banking access.
    * Transferring credit card balances to new accounts ensuring that the appropriate cross reference index is allocated and genuine balances are reflected.

    What We're Looking For
    * Analyze and interpret customer inquiries through well thought out judgments and decision-making skills.
    * Fulfill customer expectations while complying with the banks policies, practices and procedures.
    * Remain professional and empathize with the situation of an irate and/or upset customer.

    Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Controls Programs, the Controls Analyst will work effectively to manage risk across LOBs relating to records management and user access. This role will monitor adherence to records management across Retail. They will provide support on various initiatives involving records and user access. In addition they will support Business Acceptance Testing on projects.

    What You'll Be Doing

    * Identify additional client information required for AML exception processes such as ID Exceptions, PEPs by following documented procedures
    * Make approval decisions based on standardized guidelines outlined in procedures
    * Communicate directly with Banking Centres to obtain additional information for each account using standard email templates
    * Provide recommendations for best practices, which can be utilized by other members of the team, as part of a "knowledge sharing" activity and to ensure consistency in our approach in the management of work
    * Ensure accuracy of work and demonstration of due diligence in the review of each request

    What We're Looking For"

    * Proven audit experience in both operational and/or financial audits.
    * University business degree preferred but not required
    * Completion of a professional CPA accounting designation preferred but not required.
    * Effective communication, both written and verbal with the ability to explain complex issues in a simplified and concise manner. Developed writing skills sufficient to prepare professional and detailed audit reports
    * Skill in clearly and concisely documenting and flowcharting systems, processes and procedures.
    * Strong analytical, investigation and problem solving skills with the ability to demonstrate a thorough and detailed approach to all audit work
