    Position Summary
    The Service Researcher will perform internet research and review online literature to supplement information into Client's database.
    Perform online research in designated websites to update the Client information Online navigation, ability to cut and paste and ability to see information online. Surveyor plays an essential role in creating our Client's product, a robust inventory of searchable service information.
    Instead of inventorying just places, our Client's database holds information about all the services a place offers. For example, consider the YMCA, our Client's database holds information about all of the activities a person can do at the YMCA, from going to a fitness class to enrolling in a smoking cessation class, as well as its physical location, Service Surveyors will be conducting comprehensive internet research with the businesses and organizations in the communities we support. Surveyors will begin training at Client's office for an initial period of 1-2 weeks. Training will serve as a probationary period

    Duties include but are not limited to
    * Internet research and other literature review to supplement information provided over the phone
    * Respond to participant calls
    * Assist with developing data collection tools
    * Provide general administrative support as needed

    * Ability to work independently and take initiative
    * Excellent organization, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with community members, patients, physicians, faculty, staff and students as necessary
    * Advanced experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; basic internet navigation and electronic communication skills required
    * Comfortable dealing with sensitive subject matter (e.g. health); ability to maintain highest standards of confidentiality.

    Lawn Care position, 40-50 hours a week
    Must have commercial lawn care experience, must know how to use commerical lawn mowers.
