    * Ensures development hardware and FAI delivery timelines are met.
    * Supports supplier development activity.

    o Review material shortages with the aid of exception reports from the Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRP) system.

    o Create Subcontracting Purchase Orders to have material sent out.
    o Print out Production Order documents and labels.
    o Review of Engineering Change Orders (ECO's) and assist in implementing them.

    Job Description:

    Receive, store, kit and issue materials, supplies, or tools and compile stock records in the stockroom including computerized material and inventory status records.

    Duties include:

    Count, sort, or weigh incoming material to verify receipt of items on the purchase order.

    Store articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, or type of material.

    Distribute stock among production workers and move or transport materials or supplies to other departments.

    Maintain inventory and other stock records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to record "findings" into database for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.

    Pick required quantity of materials according to work order pick list and use scanning equipment to read bar codes. Complete pick list by showing quantity pulled or quantity short. Sign pick list to verify that quality control and count accuracy has been completed

    Utilize computer system for adjustments of inventory counts, stock records, location changes, and damaged goods.

    Count, sort or weigh material in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size or type of material to verify physical quantity of items for accuracy based on cost "A, B, B" code or physical location.

    Receive and stock work in process (WIP) finished goods. Maintain an accurate running inventory of all finished goods.

    Receive bar coded and packaged parts from kitting. Scan bar code on the package and place material in the proper kit. Sort and assign kits to have sleeve markers and/or cut wire added.

    Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

    Job Description:
    Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Vacuums and buffs floors, shampoos carpets, empties trash receptacles, and replaces lining of trash cans.

    Duties include:
    Clean building floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
    Gather and empty trash and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
    Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Replenish restroom supplies.
    Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
    Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
    Dust furniture, desks, walls, machines, and equipment.
    Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
    Outside grounds maintenance as requested.
