    Digital Designer

    As a Digital Content Designer you'll work with art directors, writers, planners and producers to create compelling content and experiences across various digital platforms. You are a strong visual designer that is excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment-able to balance multiple projects at once while sweating the details to create compelling, stylish, well-crafted work seen by millions.

    You will:

    * Collaborate with Target Creative partners: Strategists, Experience Designers, Interactive Designers, Copywriters, Art Directors, Creative Directors, Producers, etc.
    * Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions that serve the needs of our guests.
    * Design content that is compelling and flexible enough to look great in a "responsive" digital world.
    * Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
    * Generate innovative digital ideas and solutions for a variety of devices, platforms and contexts.
    * Organize and plan details for multiple projects and make timely and quick decisions in order to meet project deadlines.
    * Show passion, optimism and drive and be able to move forward without all the answers.
    * Be comfortable using a content management system to output creative elements and manage tasks.
    Requirements
    * 1-3+ years of design experience, including at least some digital channel experience
    * Photography editing/compositing skills
    * Exceptional eye for detail and ability to work alone and as part of a team
    * Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and meet tight deadlines
    * Understanding of core Adobe Creative Cloud design programs
    * Excellent ability to communicate design thinking and effective presentation skills
    * Interpersonal savvy and listening skills

    Creative Production Designer
    Work alongside Art Directors and as part of the creative team to provide design support and production expertise across a variety of marketing channels, executing on-brand creative work that delivers results tailored to the client's portfolio of brands and marketing objectives.

    Assignment Duties/Responsibilities:
    * Executes projects by designing and overseeing production details, with internal and external partners.
    * Extend detailed concepts across multiple formats, platforms and channels.
    * Motivated self-starter who loves to problem solve and operates effectively in ambiguity.
    * Organizes and plans details for multiple projects in order to meet project deadlines. Integrates and balances big picture with day-to-day work.

    Requirements
    * 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
    * 3+ years' experience
    * Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding and application of graphic and production design
    * Possesses fundamental design skills with the ability to receive and interpret design direction. Has strong attention to detail
    * Action oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results
    * Strong Knowledge of MAC applications: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop attention to detail
    * Working knowledge of social platforms and digital media channels

    Supporting the lead model maker for wood as a general assistant for the completion of wood prototype parts (furniture) in support of product development projects as well as prototype and production parts as required. Interacts with Model Makers in collaborative hands on environment by aiding in the completion of wood prototypes. Assist in the operation of computer numeric controlled (CNC) wood production equipment. Experience with the use of table saws, band saw, hand tools (wood related), etc. as necessary to produce quality parts. Has technical knowledge of processes and materials to fabricate an aesthetically acceptable, structurally sound and cost effective product. General assistance to Model Makers as needed including part and project assembly and finishing prototypes.
    Coordination of small size project builds seeing them through to completion with limited supervision.
    Flexible to provide general assistance in other areas of the model shop as required.
    Practice good housekeeping.
    Works under immediate supervision.
    Tasks and Abilities -
    * Requires basic knowledge of construction techniques as to the materials, machinery and tooling involved.
    * Basis experience in operating a variety of wood equipment (table saw, band saw & hand tools).
    * Must be able to read prints, and must have analytical skill to determine the needs of requester.
    * Frequent contact with designers, engineers and other model makers regarding development of prototypes. Ability to communicate detailed technical information to all audiences.
    * Requires use of basic problem solving techniques and decision-making methods.
    * Basic knowledge of CNC and basic CAD software.
    Education and Experience - willing to learn and/or be trained in a hands on environment by a variety of intermediate and advanced model makers. Some experience with the assembly of wood products such as office furniture is a plus.
