    JOB PURPOSE: The Server Administrator's role is to install, administer, and optimize and troubleshoot company servers.     Responsibilities:
    * A seasoned Senior Project Manager is required to effectively manage a variety of technology implementation projects within our Critical Technology Program.
    * The primary project will be the "PSAP Optimization" project, and other projects within the related program.
    * The PM will utilize high quality and cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of sponsors and stakeholders.
    * The Project Manager must have strong political acumen to manage competing demands from multiple business units across departments and sometimes across other levels of government in a challenging and mission critical environment.

    Required Skills & Assets:
    * 10 years combination of education, training, and project management experience
    * Experience with first responder, emergency management or defense agencies
    * Project management of radio network infrastructure, wireless technology, telephony, system upgrades and application development
    * Government (Municipal, Provincial, State, or Federal) work experience
    * Managing multi-million dollar technology and business solution projects
    * Development of detailed, actionable and accurate project plans/schedules showing tasks and resource assignments, milestones, dependencies and critical path
    * Excellent communication and networking skills
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Project
    * Proven experience with large, complex systems that include hardware, infrastructure, software and documentation deliverables
    * Defining and writing processes and procedures
    * Application of common testing, build and development tools
    * Developing and providing informal and formal training of processes, procedures and tooling solutions
    * Experience in Release Management of hardware, software, and subsequent documentation
    * Hold current, recognized PM certification
    * Candidate must be able to pass an Enhanced Security Clearance
    * Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations, or equivalent endeavors would be considered an asset
