    Responsibilities:
    * Responsible for enhancement, support, and maintaining architectural integrity of the QA process and the release process as the organization continues to grow.
    * Develop test requirements, test strategies, test scenarios and scripts.
    * Assess testing requirements and provide estimates of testing effort and resources. Use a risk management approach to develop test plans, cases, and scripts and prioritize test execution based on the level of risk.
    * Maintain and enforce testing methodology (planning, preparing, executing, evaluating)
    * Ensure quality and completeness of test deliverable.
    * Analyze, evaluate, document and present test results.
    * Participate in ongoing product specification reviews and sprint planning.
    * Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to teams, peers and management.
    * Use preventative testing techniques such as peer reviews and walk-throughs including appropriate testing documentation.
    * Ensure test data is adequate and compliant with privacy and confidentiality rules.
    * Report overall status of testing activities and summarize issues encountered.
    * Establish and ensure the Problem Resolution Process is followed in identifying, tracking, reporting and resolving defects/issues.
    * Identify and report the level of risk associated with unresolved issues, following escalation processes where required.
    * Recommend a go/no go action based on test results.
    * Help improve the system architecture, performance, reliability, and scalability, of applications and supporting platforms through automated testing.
    * Maintain and oversee the use of our clients' accepted testing tools during the life of the program.
    * Analyze the impact of change on test environments, test plans and integration.
    * Identify and understand any cross systems impacts of the project.

    Required Skills and Experience:
    * Minimum 2 years of experience in manual test execution.
    * Experience manual testing in SAP-based business applications.
    * Experience with Agile or DevOps environments.
    * Confident, approachable, collaborative, adaptable and resourceful.
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    * Proven experience of presenting to groups of non-technical individuals/teams.

    Nice to have:
    * Minimum of 2 years of experience writing custom Java code for automated tests.
    * UI test automation for Web browsers and Mobile applications (iOS/Android).
    * Experience leveraging the Cucumber framework with Gherkin.
    * Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
