    The role of a Production Imaging Specialist:
    - Primarily responsible for performing the document preparation and scanning tasks
    - These tasks are performed within all DMS Imaging Centers.
    - Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning, scan hardcopy files to electronic images.
    - Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking
    - Assuring a quality image and adhering to Imaging Center guidelines of maintaining clean work environment

    Required skills of a Production Imaging Specialist:
    - Familiarity with PC and other computer related products
    - Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English
    - The ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records
    - Understands the importance of detail and accuracy
    - Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work
    - Good Customer Service Skills
    - Enjoys working independently with minimal supervision
    - Education / Experience: High School / Less than 2 years

    Manpower is currently assisting a local manufacturing company in Hanover, PA for a Slitter Machine Operator. As a Slitter Machine Operator, you will set up and operate machines that slit wire cloth into strips of specified width.
    If you have previous manufacturing experience or related machine operating experience, you are encouraged to apply!

    Pay for this position is $13.40

    * This position will start on day shift and when training is completed, it will move to 3rd shift 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday

    Job Requirements

    As a Slitter Machine Operator, you must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate well with management and fellow employees.
    Ideal candidates have very positive attitude and previous experience.
    Other requirements of the role include:

    * Basic reading and math skills.
    * Mechanical ability to run equipment and the ability to use measuring devices and
    * small hand tools.
    * Ability to keep pace with production schedule.
    * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
    * Ability to move or lift rolls weighing up to 200 lbs. with lift devices available.
    * Ability to communicate.
    * Good hand eye coordination.
    * Ability to work standard shift, meet attendance requirements, overtime when required.
    * Frequent standing and moving to accomplish job duties.
    * Climate in the Fabrication Area varies according to the season. (Extreme heat and cold at times)
    * High School or GED required
