    Manpower has a great long-term Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative vacancy at our client in North York who publishes and distributes free-to-play PC online games.

    The Job:
    * Provide excellent customer support by responding to player issues quickly and consistently through our support channels.
    * Submit weekly reports on community incidents, trends and feedback from player community.
    * Help organize and run player and game master events including live streams on Twitch TC & YouTube Gaming.
    * Provide input on content-driven events, updates, and future improvements.
    * Interact with the community in game, on the forums and through social media channels.
    * Manage user community and resolve issues
    * Monitor the game to ensure stability and fair game play.
    * Handle and centralize bugs, in-game issues and exploits.
    * Identify recurring bugs/issues and include them in reports.
    * Assist the quality assurance team with testing new content and reproducing reported issues.
    * Monitor updates and promotions and provide immediate feedback to the development team
    * Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed about the gaming industry/community and help grow the community.

    What you bring:
    * Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
    * An avid player of FPS, RPG, MMORPG, or MOBA video games
    * Must display professional, patient and friendly attitude
    * Self-motivated individual that can work independently or as a team
    * Ability to prioritize tasks
    * Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
    * Pay great attention to details
    * Be willing and able to work overtime and weekends if necessary

    Manpower has a great long-term Bilingual Spanish Quality Assurance Representative vacancy at our client in North York who publishes and distributes free-to-play PC online games.

    The Job:
    * Analyzing the game and identifying issues with the systems
    * Reporting any issues found on the bug reporting software (Martini, Redmine, etc)
    * Using the web-based bug database (Martini, Redmine, etc) to record specific test results, and internal test documents to compile build-by-build status reports
    * Creating game situations for testing the systems
    * Providing relevant feedback to the direct report regarding game balance and any suggestions to improve consumer experience
    * Investigating bug report from CSR team to find root cause and report out to the Developers
    * Verifying information from AP to ensure it is accurate and up to date
    * Professionally and accurately reproducing/describing game discrepancies in a clear concise manner

    What you bring:
    * Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
    * At least one year of previous QA experience
    * Background in Game Development or experience in on-line gaming is a great asset
    * Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting abilities
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    * Strong ability to work under pressure
    * Highly organized with the ability to multitask
    * Team oriented with solid interpersonal skills
    * Ability to respond to issues and provide quick, timely resolution within a tight timeline
    * Experience with Microsoft Office
    * Knowledge in SQL is an asset
    * Experience working with bug reporting systems is an asset
    * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to accommodate for the needs of the business
