    Job Description

This role is to assist in the compounding and mixing of pharmaceutical bulk product and perform other required departmental duties as require such as cleaning, and sanitation.

    Essential Functions

    * Following set Manufacturing Instructions, SOP's and GMP's, assists compounders in tending mixing tanks, compounding kettles, various mills and mixers, pumps etc. that mix, com-pound and mill raw materials used in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products.
    * Transfer raw materials from staging areas or compounding areas. Transfers bulk product from compounding to storage areas.
    * Assists in weighing out specified types and quantities of liquid or solid raw ingredients via automated dispensing systems or manual scales, according to formula.
    * Proactively questions anomalies and utilizes opportunity for additional understanding of problem resolution.
    * Extracts bulk samples for laboratory analysis. May assist in the handling, dispensing and sampling of hazardous raw materials.
    * Assists in the daily cleaning/sanitation of kettles, mixers, pumps, utensils and compounding rooms..
    * Completes required batch documentation records.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Traits

    * Minimum 1 year experience working with chemicals in cGMP environment
    * Proficiency in a Dispensary environment, or equivalent
    * Solid English reading/comprehension skills required to understand detailed SOP, formula and Manufacturing Instructions
    * Basic mathematical skills. Working knowledge of Metric System.
    * Ability to comprehend cGMP's & SOP's and identify compliance or non-compliance with same
    * Ability to lift 50 lbs. and to wear and properly use a half or full-face respirator
    * May be required to work in full body protective wear for sustained periods while handling Hazardous materials
    * Ability to maintain a high level of physical activity.

    Demand Planner - Morgantown WV

    Job Details: Track orders on a daily basis to identify significant variances to plan and identify root causes; to determine whether the trend will continue in the future and affect the demand signal. Generate and review a twenty-four month, rolling, Demand Plan on a monthly basis and update the ERP system to ensure all subsequent processes are aligned with current demand. Work closely with the Commercial team to understand the anticipated Commercial needs/volumes. Ensure integration of the feedback into the demand signal. Liaise with Commercial team to understand opportunities and losses and ensure integration into the demand signal. Manages the 24 months rolling demand plan, providing the supply team with an accurate reflection of requirements. Assist with business analysis to proactively predict future business trends and incorporate into the demand plan. Support the sales function by identifying potential opportunities and gaps. Serve as a lead for daily OA review as needed. Generate demand related KPIs and analysis. Identify demand fluctuations, customer outages, review data for Molecule Trends, and changes in Market share. Provide support and root cause analysis for and contribute to other Demand related processes and Business Review meetings, including the commercial or franchise monthly S&OP meetings. Communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives.

    Job Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Specifically, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management strongly preferred. Experience in Demand Planning, Material Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Management, Strategic Management, Project Management, Inventory Management. Must possess strong analytical, organization, communication, systems thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and have meticulous attention to detail. Must be process-oriented. Must possess computer skills and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. ERP system skills desired. Must possess knowledge of Supply Chain planning and inventory management as well as an understanding of production processes.

    Position Requirements Responsible for comprehending and performing processes according to SOPs and MMRs.
    Performing tasks such as racking, counting, capping, packaging, bagging of plates and kit assembly.

    Manual production/assembly of both finished goods and component level products, completing documentation in an efficient and accurate manner, performing material inspections, use and calibration of standard laboratory equipment and the verification of materials used in the manufacturing processes.
    Personal Requirements Able to communicate issues and problems to supervisors.
    Ability to use general lab equipment. Familiarity with computers and MS Office applications.
    Command of the spoken and written English language is required. Must be articulate and able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization on the telephone and in person.
    Basic math skills are required.
    Understanding of metric volumes and measures is preferred.
    Person must be able to lift 50 lbs. Person must have manual dexterity for operation of equipment.
