    Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in recruiting or business development

    Minimum of 2 years prior experience in relevant or market-specific verticals preferred

    The Recruiter is both client and candidate facing and is the primary owner of the
    matching and selection process to fill Manpower's Client orders. This Recruiter will leverage existing pools of candidates to identify, match and validate qualified candidates based on client needs and requirements. The Recruiter will use standard practices and technology to ensure the best-fit match meets our client's demands efficiently and timely.

    This individual will also be responsible for working with in-market partners and potentially other vendors to qualify and assess candidates for client orders. Sales Calls and generated new business is also key to this position.

    Job Summary

    Primary Job Functions/ Percentage of Time
    Service Delivery System
    * Obtain detailed assignment information from customers and utilize it to provide effective customer service.
    * Interview and Test applicants using the Predictable Performance System to evaluate their qualifications for assignments.
    * Administer the training of associates to upgrade their skills for assignments.
    * Fill customer work orders with qualified associates.
    * Monitor associate attendance and performance using the phone and Quality Performance Program.
    * Troubleshoot to resolve the problems or complaints of customers and associates.
    * Coach and Counsel associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction.
    * Implement company award programs to recognize the good performance of associates.
    Business Development
    * Conduct outside service calls to ensure quality customer service and expand business.

    Administrative Support
