    BACKGROUND & PROFILE:

    - Should have a solid, proven sales process
    - Strong mechanical aptitude
    - Strong time management and organizational skills
    - 3-5 years equivalent experience in a sales and marketing, customer centric with effective relationship building through all levels
    - Proven success in a sales capacity including identifying, engaging new customers/business opportunities
    - Knowledge of construction or related equipment is ideal

    The role of Customer Support Coordinator carries the responsibility of being the inventory delivery representative, which entails traveling and delivering the inventory to the customer's location. They are also responsible to perform repairs and be the primary respondent to any issues or problems.     This role is an entry level position in Junior Management/Sales Training, and in addition to continued job training, has potential for continual growth in the company.

    In this role you will:
    * Organize and pack van with inventory for deliveries

    * Manually fill in burn stock
    * Provide customer service for accounts

    * Handle any mis-vends by discarding or reversing transaction

    * Review and adjust min/max levels in auto crib as per customer requirements
    * Report any discrepancies during delivery

    To be successful in this role, you will have:
