Our client is part of one of the top pizza chains in the world. As an independent franchisee, they are proud to be part of an international chain that has been around for over 50 years. They currently operate 25+ units in Eastern Kentucky, Southern Ohio and Southern West Virginia.
Position Summary:

The Area Supervisor will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability in their assigned restaurants by hiring, training & supervising Restaurant Managers and Co-Managers along with ensuring all restaurants operate according to company standards.

Nature & Scope:
The Area Supervisor is responsible for the total operation of 3 to 5 restaurants and will be held accountable for fulfilling each of their job requirements. The Area Supervisor will be required to respond to any problems with a sense of urgency, even during off shifts. The Area Supervisor will be scheduled to work approximately 55 hours each week, with varying hours each day. Therefore availability must be flexible. This position requires a hands-on style of management.

Be at least 21 years of age and Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record along with reliable transportation at all times.
Have excellent math skills, a college degree or four to seven years of management experience in business, management, marketing or a related field.
Possess excellent leadership, team building and communication skills.
Have a proven track record of excellent decision making and problem solving abilities.
Have the ability to analyze and interpret profit and loss statement data.
Be available to work a varied, flexible workweek, including evenings and weekends.

Performance Results:
Achieves area goals of staffing and training; hire qualified management candidates ensuring Restaurant Managers hire and train their staff to do the same.
Supervise restaurant management through the appropriate use of communication, delegation, follow-up and discipline.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills & conduct store reviews along with unannounced store visits.
Accurately collects all daily, weekly and period end paperwork as required.
