    Assist in the development of site specific environmental policies and procedures o Responsible for hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, including Department of Transportation (DOT) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) o Perform environmental compliance and due diligence audits o Enforce Spill Prevention Control Countermeasures (SPCC) plan as required o Assist in the review and interpretation of new and proposed environmental laws and regulations. o Help with environmental reporting requirement as directed by the Safety Manager • Assist in the maintenance of site specific safety policies, and coordinate with the Safety Manager to develop and implement new safety policies as requested. o Assist in the creation of job hazard analysis and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assessments o Monitor employee exposure to job and chemical hazards • Conduct and/or coordinate employee safety and environmental training programs and assist with emergency response training drills • Monitor, track and ensure company Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) hazardous waste records are completed accordingly • Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment

    The Facilities/Maintenance Tech performs work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment and/or company structure in repair. The F/M Tech conducts maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, glazier and machine servicing. They build partitions, make plaster or drywall repairs, and fix or paint roofs, windows, doors, floors, aligning, and balancing existing and new equipment, repairing building, floors, walls, stairs; and performs scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate.

Maintain launch mount platforms, launch mechanisms and systems. Repairing or replacing faulty hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanical assemblies. Added skills may include pneumatic/hydraulic system fabrication, orbital welding, structural welding, machinist skills, familiar with calibrated measuring instruments, steel fabrication skills, layout work, heavy equipment, all types of construction experience, CDL. Shows personal initiative and maintains a smooth composure and good attitude whether you working with flight hardware or working with a shovel….. Willing to work long hours, off-shifts, weekends and travel to do the same. Airframe and Power Plant License is a plus. Military Aviation experience as a propulsion or airframe technician is a plus.

    Marketing Communications Specialist being added for 7 month contract position on the first shift. The hours are typically 8-5 but I can flex to 8:30 - 5:00 or 8:00 - 4:30.

    Experience desired: 3-5 years experience in a Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support role. The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting a new web based product information center currently in development and coordinate with IT to create new product line code fields with the existing MRP database. With direction from Sales Operations and Product Management, this role will entail the capturing and organizing of key product data from multiple internal systems and categorizing into the division's major product lines. Job duties include but are not limited to: the creation of spreadsheets, report generation and analysis, reviewing product drawings, providing project status, and developing short presentations. Interface regularly with Technical Support, Market Intelligence Lead, and Product Managers. Activities are reviewed with manager for direction, edits and final approval. Position requires an associate's degree in business with minimum of 3 years of experience or BA in Business, Marketing, or related field. Must have ability to learn new systems and work in a team based environment. Experience must include an intermediate level or higher in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Ability to work in a matrix environment. Individual must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm for marketing communications.
