Interviews will be conducted Wednesday 3-1-17 and Friday 3-3-17.

What is the job?
*Execute comprehensive training programs
*Analyze and improve training effectiveness
*Communicate cross training
*Handle customer inquiries and complaints
*Provide information about the products and services
*Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
*Document and update customer records based on interactions
*Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
What do you bring to the job?
*Experience in customer service, training, sales or other related fields
*Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, motivational and facilitation skills
*Proven flexibility to manage last minute training requests or changes
*Proficient performance management and effective coaching techniques
*Ability to prioritize and multitask
*Positive and professional demeanor
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*High school diploma or GED
