    Summary:
    Primary Focus is to extract and analyze data for accuracy and integrity. Recommend and format data for any corrective actions in current systems. Assist in analysis and conversion activities for source rules, ASL. Purchase orders, suppliers and supplier sites.

    Responsibilities:
    * Plans, organizes, extracts and analyze data from Oracle R12 instances. Accountable for accurate results.
    * Networks with key internal contacts outside own area of expertise to support overall data integrity and conversion goals.
    * Experience in Purchasing: R 12 implementation in Public Sector. Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Purchasing and Procure to Pay R12 solutions.
    * Participate in defining requirements, fit/gap analysis, solution design.
    * Provide support for conversions, solution specs, testing. Document results in appropriate documentation repository.
    * Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing.
    * Technical understanding is a plus

    Qualifications:
    * 4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)

    IT Developer/Engineer III being added in Lansing, MI for 7 month contract. Position is required to be on-site; no remote work.
    Individual participates as a member of an applications support and development team. Completes development of units with designs prepared by more senior developers. Participates in code reviews. Prepares and executes unit and integration tests. Applies growing technical knowledge to support a technology area (e.g. Web-site Development).May perform unit design. Applies company and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity. Configures end-user or enterprise systems designed by more senior technologists. Performs work assigned by others. Gathers requirements and provides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks. Systems supported involve claims aggregation, adjustments, and reporting under Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines. (Experience in Medicaid, claims processing, or provider support areas a plus).
    Qualifications: Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to two years of experience. Typically a First Level University degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science or related technical/communications field and a minimum of 4-6 years related experience or an Advanced University degree and 2-4 years experience or equivalent.

    Specific Knowledge and Skills: 2 or more years of experience writing code using languages such as (and not limited to) JavaScript, C#, VB.Net. (Experience with VB6, Silverlight, and XAML a plus). Basic Understanding of RDBMS databases such SQL Server and Oracle. (Experience with Database-side programming including stored procedures, functions, and optimizations a plus). Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies (e.g., Object Oriented). Basic understanding of modern SCM (software configuration management). Basic understanding of testing tools, unit test scripting, regression testing, and testing Methodologies. Experience using (or an understanding of the use of) the Integrated Development Environment Visual Studio. Understanding of basic Database Administration.
