    * Make approval decisions based on standardized guidelines outlined in procedures
    * Communicate directly with Banking Centres to obtain additional information for each account using standard email templates
    * Provide recommendations for best practices, which can be utilized by other members of the team, as part of a "knowledge sharing" activity and to ensure consistency in our approach in the management of work
    * Ensure accuracy of work and demonstration of due diligence in the review of each request
