Local company that manufactures baby formula and other nutritional products is seeking an individual to provide administrative support for all Human Resources activities and processes including talent acquisition, interview scheduling, administration of Applicant Tracking System, and on-boarding of all new employees. Administers the filling of hourly Production/ Maintenance positions, as well as all other Non-Exempt positions. This includes the timely posting of positions, verification of eligibility, and guiding hiring managers on making fair, legal decisions consistent with state/federal laws and company policy. The ideal Recruiting candidate would have some TA experience, other HR experience, as well as knowledge about employment law, and compliance tactics.
-HS diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
-Minimum of 2 years of previous HR Coordinator and/or Administrative experience
-Strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to interface with all levels of employees, including executive leadership team
-Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
-Experience in a cGMP/manufacturing environment a plus
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
-Work well under tight time-lines and ability to prioritize work in fast-paced environment
-Excellent judgment, follow-up skills and personal accountability
