Manpower has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager/Head of Telemarketing in the Software/Technology field. This position is in Plano, Texas at a well known and respected client. This role is responsible for working with stakeholders, the Head of Inside Sales and the Commercial Manager to understand the business requirements of this capability, to define and maintain an agreed Statement of Works to meet those requirements and to manage an effective rate card or recharging mechanism which offers a competitive yet high quality solution.
This role will lead the development and growth plans for Telemarketing and be accountable through the operational structure for the consistent and successful delivery of the agreed campaign deliverables.
Improving existing processes where applicable, and implementing new processes where required, to facilitate efficiency within Telemarketing. Implementing quality control to ensure the highest standard of service levels are attained across the company operations.
Utilizing Inside Sales specialist infrastructure to develop the team and the delivery capabilities. Ensuring the Telemarketing solution is supported by appropriate and where relevant, dedicated specialist resources to enable accelerated performance.
Managing the P&L and cost location files and growing a revenue stream for lead generation and telemarketing services.
Responsibilities will include managing the plan for Inside Telemarketing coaching, mentoring, training, motivating and managing the team to achieve targets and maximize their potential performance within Telemarketing.
Directly engaging with the Senior Management Team, Stakeholders, Team Managers, Marketing Managers, Sales Development Representatives and extended virtual teams.
Can "pitch" the capabilities of Inside Sales Telemarketing to key HP contacts.
Overseeing the scheduling and planning of projects and resources. Ensures effective utilization and minimizes redundant cost.
Reporting of KPIs for all services provided by Telemarketing to Head of Operations and applicable Stakeholders. Accountable for consistent performance delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Your experience and key skills
*5-10 years managerial experience
*Target driven and sales orientated

*A strong and natural all-round communicator
*In-depth IT sales and marketing experience
*The ability and experience to instill confidence at a senior level Stakeholders and Management
