    Full Time Customer Service Representative

    What will you be doing?

    Source & Procure Vendors: Target, identify, screen and recruit target prospective contractor/vendor partners
    Create support tools and materials to manage and track Vendors
    Use negotiation skills with current Vendors
    Help desk for vendors to onboard them and maintain successful relationships
    Work with other departments involved in the Vendor Management Process (Finance, Compliance, Operations)
    Conduct qualification process of contractor/partners including completed application/compliance information and background data
    Work collaboratively with the team to build and maintain a solid, trusted database of contractor/partners
    Data entry/profile maintenance in a CRM environment/platform
    Other duties as assigned.

    Previous experience in customer service/Sales

    What is the job?

    Confirms and records the receipt of shipments, prepares items for shipping, and loads and unloads trucks. Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes. Completes shipping and receiving reports. Also responsible for managing the inter-departmental transport of materials. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 4-6 years experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions.

    Longmont based manufacturing company is seeking an AOI Machine Operator.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Use of Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on the components' moisture sensitive levels (MSL) and adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling.
    Verify product compliance to workmanship standards as documented in work instructions.
    Verify process compliance to established AOI programs.
    Verify integrity of data collected by machinery.
    Communicate defects not captured by equipment to responsible personnel for enhancement of program integrity.
    Communicate to assembly operators defects being noted during the AOI program review.
    Support and follow all ISO standards related to the company's various Quality Management Systems.
    These systems may include, but are not limited to quality, the environment, health, safety and security.

    Shift- 3rd shift - Mon - Friday - Midnight - 7 am
    IPC knowledge a big plus!
    High School Diploma or GED; 6-12 months of machine operating experience.
