    Vous aurez comme objectif d'opérer la découpede façon sécuritaire afin de couper les pièces demandées en respectant les normes de sécurité, de qualité et de rendement de l'entreprise, dans le but de répondre aux exigences du client.

    Plus précisément, vous aurez à :

    * Opérer lea machinerie

    * Préparer les outils

    * Monter les configurations d'outils sur la machine

    * Sélectionner les programmes

    * Ramasser les pièces

    * Garder le poste de travail à l'ordre et bien rangé

    Les principales tâches seront les suivantes:
    Recevoir, lire, comprendre, interpréter et prioriser les bons de travail ainsi que les plans et les
    instructions de coupe.
    Préparer le matériel selon les spécifications et les besoins de la machine.
    Agencer et marquer le matériel conformément aux instructions.
    Préparer l'agencement des pièces à découper afin d'optimiser l'utilisation des matériaux.
    Programmer les paramètres de coupe selon les matériaux, leurs spécifications et les requis de qualité.
    Inspecter la qualité des produits afin d'assurer leur conformité aux prescriptions en vérifiant les
    dimensions des matériaux et pièces fabriquées à l'aide d'instruments de mesure étalonnés.
    S'assurer de la conformité de la commande en tous points et voir à l'identification des pièces.
    Meuler les joints et surfaces rugueuses, lorsque requis.
    Effectuer des tâches reliées à la manutention comme compter, peser, trier et autres.

    Être apte à bien travailler en équipe, de même qu'indépendamment.
    Capacité à résoudre des problèmes
    De la ponctualité au travail;
    De l'organisation dans leurs tâches à accomplir
    Forme physique requise pour pouvoir travailler de longues heures debout, faire
    de l'assemblage, soulever et déplacer du matériel lourd (charge de 40 lbs et si plus avec les équipements
    requis).

    Exigences ;
    Bilingue fonctionnel.
    Expérience dans l'opération de machine CNC
    Maîtrise de la lecture de plan.

    What the role offers?

    What does the role entail?

    2nd shift 3:30pm -11:30 pm with occasional OT

    What is the job?
    * General custodial duties
    * Sweeps and cleans areas prescribed by Supervisor
    * Collects cardboard from throughout the plant and transfers and operates cardboard baler
    * Performs light maintenance functions and assists maintenance mechanics with various duties
    * Maintains outside grounds as required
    * Performs many duties using powered industrial trucks and manual hand trucks
    * Assists Maintenance Department as necessary

    What you bring to the job?
    * Requires reading, writing, adding, subtracting
    * ability to operate powered industrial trucks and manual hand trucks,
    * must be able to lift 50 pounds
    * High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED) documentation required
    * Ability to pass a Background Check & Drug Screen
    * Ability to lift of to 50 pounds

    What is the job?
    The Warehouse Worker is responsible for moving product from the production floor to the storage area in a safe and efficient manner. Performs functions essential for continuous workflow in the production environment. This includes the staging and moving of plastic crates for finished product, moving materials throughout the production facility, assisting with shipping and receiving duties as necessary, general facility cleaning, and other tasks as instructed by the supervisory team.
