The incumbent will provide excellent service and ensure events work well throughout pre-event planning, event coordination, & post event wrap-up; responds appropriately to faculty and client requests; must be extremely efficient & well-versed in working w/vendors to ensure timely delivery of product & materials; works with collaborative team to prepare de-briefing documents; contributes to planning and implementing events; coordinate with event vendors. Responds to customer inquiries; manages inventory of online course materials and delivery to the customer. Maintains and updates database and website as necessary. Develops tools to handle emergencies. Provides assistance & advice to Business Services Manager(s) and Director as needed and appropriate. Additional job tasks and responsibilities may be required.
