    Payroll Specialist
    Primary Location: City of Industry, California
    This position will be will report to the Payroll Manager.

    Typical responsibilities will include the following:
    * Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of leave of absence payments, retroactive
    payments, shift differentials, bonuses, accrual policies, new hires and terminations using ADP
    Workforce Now.
    * Manage ADP Time & Attendance system.
    * Manage payroll imports into ADP Workforce Now, including master file and pay data additions and changes.
    * Process manual checks, as needed, for terminations, bonuses and lost checks.
    * Monitor payroll inbox and provide employee assistance in a timely manner.
    * Respond to employee inquiries concerning payroll with high customer satisfaction.
    * Process garnishment orders to include accurate calculation, notification, system input and compliance.
    * Work closely with HR on employee benefits (e.g. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Short Term Disability) and payroll changes.
    * Generate reports for finance, human resources, department managers and U.S. Bureau of Labor using ADP Reporting.
    * Prepare amendments and follow up on tax resolution issues.
    * Conducts regular post-payroll audits to ensure accuracy of payroll inputs/deductions.
    * Resolve payroll inconsistencies by analyzing missing information.
    * Reconcile payroll entries with 401k and GL files.
    Basic Qualifications:

    En tant que Spécialiste Senior en acquisition de Talents vous pourrez relever de nombreux défis , au sein d'une entreprise en extrême croissance au niveau Pan-Canadien

    En plus de jouer un rôle complet en acquisition de talents, le candidat recherché devra travailler sur des projets stratégiques en collaboration avec la VP au ressources humaines

    Vous aurez à offrir votre expertise sur tous les aspects du recrutement. Vous aurez à développer des relations stratégiques avec plusieurs gestionnaires au sein de l'entreprise. Votre collaboration sera également requise en ce qui concerne les stratégies de recrutement, la marque employeur, l'attraction des meilleurs talents, etc.

    Voici un portrait global des tâches à effectuer :

    - Conseiller et collaborer à tous les aspects du processus de recrutement, assurant le processus de recrutement conforme aux stratégies de l'entreprise pour les différentes lignes d'affaires ;
    - Travailler conjointement avec les gestionnaires de l'entreprise
    - Conseiller sur les meilleurs pratiques en matière d'acquisition de talents;
    - Maintenir et développer des relations de confiance avec les gestionnaires des différentes lignes d'affaires.

    Qualifications

    -Détenir un diplôme universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles;
    -Avoir une expérience pertinente minimale de 5-6 ans en recrutement dans le recrutement de masse
    -Être bilingue (français/anglais);
    -Avoir le désir d'être impliqué dans le cycle complet de recrutement pour certains postes plus complexes;
    -Être capable de travailler sur une multitude de projets à la fois et savoir bâtir des relations de confiance;
    -Avoir une forte expertise en stratégies de recrutement et en positionnement de la marque employeur;
