    Qualifications and Requirements

    Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):
    *Identify and propose solutions to various data related challenges, improve company operations and resolve identified gaps
    *Translate complex requirements into efficient use cases and test scenarios
    *Translate business requirements into system design specifications for development
    *Act as a stakeholder throughout project management lifecycle
    *Maintain and prioritize lists of bugs and known issues
    *Work with the end users to identify power users and provide appropriate training
    *Work with the end users to document the business processes and maintain training material
    *Ensure proper test case development and coverage
    *Apply appropriate quality assurance methodology and ensure the business is guided through user acceptance testing

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    *Bachelor's Degree in MIS, B.Com, Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience may be accepted
    *5 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related field
    *5 - 8 years of experience Business Intelligence or a related field
    *Excellent understanding of the MS BI Stack (SQL, SSIS, SSAS (tabular & multidimensional), SSRS, Power BI)
    *Knowledge and experience with product lifecycle management, software development lifecycle and data modeling
    *Experience developing technical business requirements, operating procedures, and training materials
    *Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing (French and English)
    *Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and serial-tasking abilities
