    High-Volume Recruiter

    Manpower is currently seeking a High-Volume Recruiter for one of our clients in the Petrochemical Industry. This is a permanent role, located in Calgary, AB.

    In this role, your key responsibilities include:
    *High-Volume full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions across a number of divisions within the organization (25 - 30 positions at time); recruiting for quality field candidates will be a large portion of this role
    *Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure understanding of their current and upcoming recruitment needs
    *Developing fresh and innovative solutions for sourcing talent
    *Utilizing social media, job boards and company website to attract qualified internal and external candidates; ensuring all candidates are tracked through internal ATS
    *Ensuring that candidate pools for recurring and upcoming roles are maintained with high quality candidates
    *Promoting the organization and expanding candidate pools through the attendance of career fairs and employment conferences
    *Some travel may be required

    Required Education / Experience:
    *Minimum 4 years' high-volume recruitment experience within the energy and/or oil & gas sector
    *Post-secondary education in a related field
    *Proven experience recruiting for quality field positions
    *Previous experience recruiting for petrochemical and corporate roles would be considered a strong asset
    *Proven experience with directly sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
    *Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
    *Proficiency with MS Office suite
    *Experience with ATS would be considered a strong asset
