    Flooring Order Desk Administrator

    Manpower is currently hiring a Flooring Order Desk Administrator to fulfill a full-time permanent position in Calgary, Alberta.

    Location: SE Calgary
    Pay Rate: $35 - $40k annually (Based on experience)

    Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):
    * Taking 30 - 40 calls per day, responding to calls in a courteous and professional manner
    * Assisting with ordering flooring with accuracy
    * High level of administration
    * Respond to general inquiries via phone and/or email
    * Provide updates on ETA's
    * Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues via telephone and/or email
    * Provide information about products and services
    * Communicate information about charges and service conditions
    * Update system with information regarding sales transactions
    * Follow-up with customers to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
    * Other duties may be assigned as required

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    * Post-secondary diploma is required
    * Must have experience in flooring
    * 2-5 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred
    * Effective verbal and written communication skills
    * Strong problem solving and time management skills
    * Must be comfortable to working irregular hours
