    Manpower is currently hiring a Service Representative to fulfill a full-time permanent position in Calgary, Alberta. The VMI works to build relationships with assigned customers and provide supplemental service support for outside sales associates in the areas of conversions, ordering stock, vending solutions, putting away orders, 5S handling of service and equipment, and expediting.

    Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):
    * Travel daily to support the implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations in your territory
    * Ensure appropriate customer stock levels, generate new orders for merchandise, and obtain customer approval to place orders when required
    * Unpack orders, check accuracy of shipments, and put away stock at customer locations
    * Provide communication and feedback to sales representatives and supervisor as appropriate to ensure full customer satisfaction
    * Perform general (5S) housekeeping for service equipment and immediate area

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    * High school diploma or equivalent
    * Customer service experience, including one year of related industry experience preferred
    * Supply chain and process improvement experience preferred
    * Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
    * Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    * Valid driver's license and the ability to travel daily more than 80% of the time within branch or market territory, including occasional overnight travel
    * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., based on customer needs

    Vous avez de l'expérience en supervision de personnel et en service à la clientèle ? Vous voulez intégrer une compagnie exerçant dans le domaine de commerce de détails, ayant de belles valeurs et avec une ambiance sympathique ?
    Nous avons un poste PERMANENT qui pourrait vous intéresser de Superviseur des ventes internes et du service à la clientèle à la Laval.

    Au quotidien, vous serez amené de diriger et encadrer les activités quotidiennes du service à la clientèle et de répondre au demandes et prendre les commandes de la clientèle.

    Vous devez avoir des connaissances et des compétences en organisation, en planification, en leadership, en résolution de problème et en compétence interpersonnelle.
    Vous avez minimum 2 à 5 ans d'expériences dans un poste de supervision, un DEC ou équivalent, vous êtes bilingue (Anglais et Français) et vous avez une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel.

    Voici ce que vous offre ce poste :
    Le salaire est entre 40 000$ et 45 000$ annuel, des avantages sociaux et programme RRS.
