Day to Day System HSE (Central) support to EGSP Safety Data Sheet "SUN" System Automated document delivery to customer

Process Error Logs - WERCS

* Each new material number processed through the system must be published to an existing SDS document, assigned to a roll up SDS document (for example pures), or initiate a new SDS document to which to publish the material. Daily error logs must be reviewed and resolved for these materials or SDS notices are not sent.

* Formulation files transfer to the system for use in SDS assignment, etc. Error logs must be reviewed for these formulations.

* Other error logs exist that must be reviewed daily to insure all data files are processing correctly to result in sending. Import error logs and interface data require consistent attention to complete daily work daily or they will get out of control.


* Monitor & troubleshoot interface issues between Linde system (SAP) and WERCS.

* Act as liaison between the IS team and WERCS for resolution

Manage vendor relationship with WERCS

* Manage contracts

* Interface with WERCS customer service & tech team for general support, Q&A, configuration updates and to initiate new projects as needed.

WERCS Power User

* Knowledge and internal Linde support for troubleshooting, using and resolving issues related to WERCS & SDS process. Use the customer service support included with plan to assist.
