    Manpower is currently seeking a Senior HR Compensation Advisor for a contract with a major oil and gas client in Calgary, AB.

    Location: Downtown Calgary
    Schedule: Hybrid 2-3 days in office, M-F full time
    Length of contract: 12 months with possibility of extension

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    * Provide ongoing consultation and subject-matter expertise to HR Business Partners on compensation-related policies, programs, practices and administration.
    * Participation in domestic and global market surveys, including analysis, reporting and program recommendations.

    * Highly skilled with Excel and other MS Office programs.
    * Experience with Workday, HR SAP, SuccessFactors and Shareworks

    What do you bring to the job?
