Our client, in Temple, TX, is looking for an experienced Floor Tech. The company is in the business of Carpet Cleaning/Restoration. 

1 year previous experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

Days are typically Monday-Friday, but would be on call for nights and weekends if needed

Weekly Pay 

Job Duties: 

Cleaning offices, breakrooms, and restrooms: 

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces. 

Emptying trash and recycling bins. 

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and breakroom facilities. 

Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. 

Reporting any maintenance issues encountered during cleaning. 

Performing light maintenance tasks: 

Changing light bulbs and air filters. 

Taking out trash and recycling to designated areas. 

Assisting with minor cleaning projects assigned by the supervisor. 

Working collaboratively: 

Communicating effectively with other custodians and warehouse staff. 

Sharing workload and responsibilities as needed. 

Maintaining a positive and team-oriented attitude. 

Skills & Requirements 

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a custodial or cleaning role. 

Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. 

Ability to work independently and efficiently, prioritizing tasks as needed. 

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work (warehouse may be located outside major city limits). 

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. 

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully. 

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
