    Your mission:
    This is a new role and reports to the general manager of the company in Canada and the group CFO who is based in London, UK. The incumbent of this position is a key team member of the business. The mission is to prepare and understand the revenue and profitability of the business and to be a key person for and support the general manager. There is no other finance employee within the business but will work closely with the external accountants and group auditors.

    Tasks and responsibilities?
    *Produce monthly, and annual financial statements and create various reports at the end of the month and the year,
    *Ensure that the accounting journal is reviewed and completed
    *Analyze and interpret sales and profitability data.
    *Preparing budget forecasts
    *Provide analysis of actual results versus the prior year, prior month and budget as required.
    *Processing tax payments and returns for Lumi Canada including Montreal, Toronto, and Calgary,
    *Establish and communicate Payment Terms and collect revenues from customers
    *Organize internal audits
    *Prepare and/or review payroll
    *Manage accounts payable
    *Prepare billing and manage accounts receivable collection from clients
    *Assist the General Manager in meeting with clients or other stakeholders
    *Communicate and maintain good working relationships with the directors all departments.
    *Maintain confidentiality of all data including financial and commercial
    Qualification and required professional skills?
    *University Degree with a major in Accounting or Finance or relevant field
    *Additional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
    *Proficiency in CRM, salesforce
    *Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
    *Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role for 3-5 years
    *In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
    *Solid knowledge of accounting regulations

    What is the job?

    * Resolves customer issues relating to equipment problems, including but not limited to operational, maintenance and repair aspects of equipment.
    * Repairs smart phones by utilizing tools and processes to triage, determines most effective method to repair, then repairs the device.
    * Meet or exceed key performance objectives including service and repair metrics.
    * Manage repair inventory involving new parts, recording inventory volumes and tracking part utilization.
    * Perform various inventory tasks such as counting and monitoring inventory levels.

    Requirements:

    * Proficiency in Test Automation design and implementation preferred.

    * Experience with Selenium, Testopia, Bugzilla, GIT or other similar tools used in the generation of automated testing and the management thereof.

    * Experience with Network configuration automation (scripting with Perl, Python, Bash).

    * Experience or knowledge of Solaris, Linux, Docker, Angular web application framework, JavaScript are all pluses.

    * Experience or knowledge of 5G Radio Access Networks (RAN), Precision Time Protocol (PTP), IEEE 1588, Synchronized Ethernet (SyncE) or Calnex Solutions test and measurement equipment are all pluses and highly desirable.

    * Proficient communication and organization skills required to interact with internal company contacts and customers.

    * Good understanding of software development methodologies and quality processes.

    * Team-player, quick learner, proactive, and positive attitude.

    Education:

    * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

    * Graduate degree a plus.
