Hours: 3pm to 1am
Functions as a member of a team which is directly responsible for the production of quality products in a required quantity.

As an operator, you will be part of the extrusion department supporting set up, operation, and scrap management. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Machine Operator 

Location: Bloomer, WI

Pay Range: $20-$25 an hour plus $2.50 night shift differential 

 

What’s the Job?

Set up and change products on plastic extruding machine to meet work order specifications Continual monitoring of quality and scrap production   Perform housekeeping and preventative maintenance tasks in alignment with position  Keep machines stocked with necessary raw materials  Assisting co-workers with their tasks to expedite changeovers 

 

What’s Needed?

A strong commitment to safe work practices  Related work history in a manufacturing or technical field (education or certifications considered) Technical and mechanical aptitude  Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift up to 65 pounds throughout a 12 hour shift  Basic working computer knowledge Strong interpersonal communication
