    Our client is looking for great Customer Service Representatives specializing in Social Media, at their St. Catharines location. This role will support the business customer base through chat, email and phone support. We are looking for flexible and quick learners, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs of both the business and the customer.

    This role will begin early October and be a full time, 1 year contract with the potential for hire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service representative that has a strong knowledge of social media.

    What's in it for you?
