    À titre de Technicien qualité opérationnelle, vous assurez les inspections visuelles, dimensionnelles ou documentaires des pièces achetées, des produits en-cours d'assemblage et des produits finis du portefeuille de notre client, qui oeuvre dans le domaine de l'Énergie verte (moteur, onduleur, chargeur, contrôleur véhicule, cartes électroniques). Vous serez membre du service qualité opérationnelle qui s'assure que les inspections requises sont réalisées selon les spécifications définies, que les non-conformités sont enregistrées, évaluées selon les plans d'actions correctifs.

    Vos tâches :
    Réaliser les inspections visuelles et dimensionnelles lors des contrôles réception (principalement) et contrôles en production (au besoin).
    Utiliser les équipements d'inspection dimensionnelle conventionnels et la CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) pour réaliser les inspections;
    Vérifier la conformité de la documentation des produits achetés (fournisseurs) et produits fabriqués aux exigences spécifiées;
    Enregistrer et documenter les RNC et conduire les plans d'actions correctifs pour les RNC critiques;
    Participer aux actions d'amélioration continue (8-D, kaizen, 5S, etc.).

    Compétences recherchées :
    DEC en génie industriel, qualité, métrologie ou équivalent
    + 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en inspection pièces / produits finis
    Essentiel : bonne connaissance en lecture de dessin technique, positionnement géométrique
    Atout : expérience démontrée en conduite de résolution de problèmes
    Utilisation CMM (programmation, un atout)
    Intérêt marqué pour le travail d'équipe
    Rigoureux et organisé
    Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit).

    What is the job?

    The scope will be removing the old and installing the new Turbine Control Cabinets, Excitation Control Cabinets, TSS system, and Hydraulic Controls.
    For the first two, it is primarily replacement, with considerable cable replacement and additional cable running for 2 out of 3 logic.
    For the second two, it is primarily upgrades to improved instrumentation, digital feedback, or improved actuators.
    You will need to work within station systems, be capable of interfacing with a nuclear utility, and be capable of managing labour in a matrixed organization.

    What is required in this role?

    It would be preferred if this individual would be familiar with Alstom control systems.
    Managing projects with responsibility for successful execution:
    * Executes the project within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).
    * Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management.
    * Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.In the context of Engineering:

    Responsibilities:

    * Provisioning and setting up OCI for deploying Oracle SOACS middleware
    * Securing the infrastructure and applications

    Experience/Education:
    * Familiarity with Oracle IaaS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
    * Familiarity with Oracle PaaS such as SoACS, JCS, DBaaS
    * Familiarity with Oracle IDCS and Single Sign On
    * At least five years experience in Oracle systems administration
    * At least five years technical administration/architecture experience with Oracle products such as eBS, PSFT, JD Edwards, Fusion Middleware and Oracle WebLogic Servers
    * Setting Up High Availability and Disaster Recovery environments using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
